If you are new to EFT, there's a picture in the right-hand margin which shows you the tapping points. As you tap along, tap on those parts of the head and upper body as indicated. Always, the first three "even thoughs" are on the karate chop point which is on the side of your hand between the base of your little finger and your wrist. Each tapping round begins there with three "even thoughs".
Old timers? You know what to do...
- Even though the more I watch the TV and the more I read the news the more scared I get, I deeply and completely love and accept that scared part of me.
- Even though everybody's complaining, I'm open to the possibility we could call it the credit crunch blues
- Even though everybody's singing a song of lack and disappointment, we're open to the possibility that we can beat those credit crunch blues.
- Front of the eye (FE): I'm getting really scared when I hear the bad news
- Side of the eye (SE): I get really scared when I hear the bad news
- Under the eye (UE): All those credit crunch blues
- Under the nose (N): I've got those credit crunch blues
- Chin (C): I've decided to have them because everybody else has got them
- Collarbone (CB): It makes me so nervous about money coming in
- Under the arm (UA): That's the reality, I'm nervous about money coming in
- Top of the head (H): I wonder what it would be like for me to beat those credit crunch blues?
- Even though they say that we're heading for recession and then I believe it and feel those credit crunch blues and I start to think about all the things I need to do to cut back, I'm open to the possibility I can release the need to do that.
- Even though I'm so afraid that there's not enough to go around and the little child inside of me believes everything the experts say, I'm open to the possibility that we can beat those credit crunch blues
- Even though we believe the experts and they may well be right, I'm open to the possibility I'd rather be happy and calm than scared.
- (FE): The experts sing disaster news
- (SE): The experts and their credit crunch blues
- (UE): That makes me feel really scared
- (N): And that may not be helpful for me
- (C): Maybe I can beat
- (CB): Those credit crunch blues
- (UA): I wonder what it would be like to release those credit crunch blues?
- (H): I'm open to the possibility I'm releasing those credit crunch blues now
- Even though I keep buying into what the experts say and who am I to disagree, the evidence is that they're right and I'm open to the possibility I can release the need to buy into those credit crunch blues
- Even though the experts could be right and who am I to disagree, I'm open to the possibility that I'm releasing the need now to react to those credit crunch blues.
- Even though I do react to the credit crunch blues, I'm open to the possibility the more I let the fear arise, the more I begin to act that out and it becomes a reality for me
- (FE): I act the fear out that the experts tell me to do
- (SE): The experts warn me to be afraid
- (UE): And I believe them, who am I to disagree?
- (N): The evidence tells me they may be correct
- (C): And maybe I can make a decision
- (CB): That I can beat those credit crunch blues
- (UA): I wonder what it would be like to know that I can feel calm and relaxed in those credit crunch blues?
- (H): And I'm open to the possibility my cells will act that out and maybe that's all I have to do

Hi Ann
How fantastic to be able to tap away those credit crunch blues. I have only recently discovered tapping but it really really works. Do you ever teach it in business as a stress management tool? Thanks again Beryl

Isn't EFT amazing! To be able to tap away all of the negativity and the fear that is taking over this country.
Sometimes I think that people just feed on all of this doom and gloom. Personally, I rarely watch the news. I just can't take any more negativity.
Thank you for doing your part in changing the world:)
